The family later moved to Milwaukee where she married Frederick Carl Mutschler, Jr. on 29 May 1901. Frederick was a lithographer. Lithography is a form of printing where an image is put on a metal or stone plate and transferred on to paper. Lithography was used to print text, artwork or even maps.

His second marriage was 1 December 1962 in Milwaukee to Violet Barbara Liscum. Violet had worked as a clerk for the Draft Board. Mutsch died 16 Sept. 2004, his second wife on 8 July 2000. He was known as a very dear man. They are buried together in Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.
